Description
Building a photo-sharing app that uses computer vision to automate parts of sharing photos with friends. Backend ownership role: wire backend, integrate ML pipeline and mobile app, and ship. Stack includes FastAPI, Postgres, Supabase, AWS. Must have real backend experience (Python/FastAPI), deployed ML/CV to production (not just notebooks), experience with embeddings and similarity search, and care about privacy/security. Founding engineer working directly with the CEO and a mobile engineer. High ownership, fast pace, significant equity. Prefer onsite in Cambridge/Boston but hybrid possible.
