Saving Bitcoin

Given the latest quantum algorithmic advances by Google, Bitcoin is expected to be fully broken by 2029. In this position you will design post-quantum cryptography that goes beyond the BIP-360 stopgap to fully solve the quantum threat on Bitcoin and transition it safely into the post quantum age. Please describe your cryptographic experience, your Bitcoin experience and the flavor of PQ-crypto that you believe can save BTC.
