Ohr is building critical chemicals without oil refining and reinventing the infrastructure behind chemical manufacturing. We’re hiring a Founding AI Infrastructure Engineer to build AI-powered internal systems across laboratory operations, compliance, logistics, procurement, documentation, and intellectual property. We’re looking for engineers who enjoy automating messy, real-world workflows and building reliable systems that help organizations move faster. Relevant experience may include internal tools and workflow automation, APIs and systems integrations, LLMs in production, OCR, document processing, and knowledge systems, and platform, backend, or infrastructure engineering.
