Description

Premsys is a bootstrapped early-stage startup building/configuring/integrating/deploying/maintaining secure on-prem AI for regulated industries. Seeking a Founding Sales & GTM Partner to own early revenue generation end-to-end: define outbound strategy, find and engage decision-makers in targeted industries, run sales conversations, and close initial deals. Successful candidate may transition to Head of Sales/GTM. Skills: comfortable with cold outreach and proactive prospecting, clear written and verbal communication, able to operate independently with minimal structure, resourceful with ambiguity, motivated by ownership and long-term upside. 1-3 years prior B2B tech sales or early-stage startup experience is a plus but not required if you can demonstrate execution ability. Position is fully remote (US-based) with flexible hours.
