Revive

Revive is seeking a Health & Wellness Coach to provide holistic coaching to program participants focused on nutrition, weight health, smoking cessation, and physical well-being. The role includes telephonic, chat-based, or virtual individual/group coaching sessions, helping participants identify areas for change, set long- and short-term goals, develop action plans, and receive ongoing coaching support. The coach will also facilitate seminars/webinars, group discussions, and virtual or face-to-face events as needed, provide referrals to relevant resources, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation in a designated database/system. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST.
