Tenera is building the product decision layer for agents and humans, backed by a top tier VC (announcing soon). The company is hiring its first engineer for an onsite role in San Francisco working five days a week (open to relocation for the right person). This is an unconventional "agent-native" role where you orchestrate multiple coding agents in parallel, managing worktrees, concurrency, and shared context, and you own key architecture decisions including big data pipelines, schema design, system tradeoffs, and evals.
