Role details

  • Define and continuously refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply Growth domain
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
  • Partner daily with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and support to scope, build, and launch high-impact initiatives
  • Balance short-term activation wins with long-term platform investments via structured prioritization and tradeoff decisions
  • Conduct interviews, usability testing, and research to validate hypotheses and ensure a user-centric product approach
  • Lead sprint rituals including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and bug triage
  • Analyze funnel metrics, activation KPIs, and market data to identify opportunities and measure product impact
  • Run experiments, evaluate results, and iterate quickly to improve user experience and core supply growth metrics
  • 4+ years of product management or comparable experience driving measurable business outcomes
  • Experience in a marketplace business, real estate, investing, or a similarly supply-constrained environment
  • Strong command of acquisition funnels and KPIs
  • Ability to write simple SQL queries to support analysis
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear product decisions and strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience scoping, launching, and evaluating product experiments
  • Proven ability to build alignment and influence across diverse cross-functional teams
  • Capacity to approach problems from multiple angles and generate innovative, practical solutions
  • Experience using modern AI tools, or ability to quickly ramp on them to accelerate product discovery, execution, and analysis
  • High ownership mindset with bias toward action and commitment to delivering outcomes for customers and the business

PadSplit is hiring a Product Manager to lead our Supply Growth pod within the Marketplace team. Define and execute a product roadmap that accelerates new property activations and unlocks scalable supply growth. Operate at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and support to build systems and experiences that drive measurable business impact. Day-to-day: define and refine product vision/strategy/roadmap; align stakeholders and executives on priorities, tradeoffs, and progress; partner with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and support to scope/build/launch initiatives; prioritize roadmap between short-term activation wins and long-term platform investments; conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research; lead agile sprint rituals (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, bug triage); analyze funnel metrics, activation KPIs, and market data; run experiments, evaluate results, and iterate quickly.
