International technology group (multiple legal entities, distributed teams across different regions) is looking for a COO. The COO is the CEO’s strategic partner and the main driver of strategy implementation across the entire company. Responsibilities include strategy execution (operational plans, tracking initiatives, removing bottlenecks, accountability, saying no to distracting initiatives), People/HR & employer brand (HR as strategic business partner, hiring/onboarding/retention, aligning HR/PR with positioning), AI transformation of operations (embedding AI into HR, knowledge management, reporting, employee training; continuous improvement of AI operations), operational efficiency/speed/security (streamlining processes, cost-efficiency, transparency, early problem detection), and learning culture (continuous learning system, developing key employees, knowledge sharing, leadership programs). Requirements include 7+ years in senior operational roles in large companies (500+), scaling international company, 2–3 change management cases, HR management with KPI tracking, leading legal/back-office functions, collaboration with finance on budgeting/cost control, business process automation experience (ERP, BPM), understanding AI capabilities with implementation and cost optimization, working with technical teams (development, DevOps, IT infrastructure), building learning systems/performance management/career tracks, involvement in employer brand/internal culture development, fluent business English.
