Assembly is a vertically-integrated, technology-native holding company that acquires industrial real estate. We take an AI-native approach across the full surface area of our business; data-based geography selection, owner outreach, due diligence, deal structuring / scenario analysis, property & tenant management, and more. Our intention is to build one of the largest real estate companies in the world, and to be the most technology-native real estate owner in history. We are hiring a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) to design and build our proprietary technology stack from inception. You will own the development of our tech stack and have significant autonomy to build. Experience with Python, React / TS, LLM APIs, data pipelines, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, web scraping and entity resolution are relevant.
