We are looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineers and Infrastructure Software Engineers to help build, scale, and secure the foundation of MongoDB Atlas, a globally distributed, multi-cloud database platform running across AWS, GCP, and Azure. SRE at MongoDB is a builder role focused on scalable, resilient, secure, and self-service platform capabilities. Open roles (Senior, Staff, Lead) across core Infrastructure teams including Infrastructure Security (eBPF and Linux security observability), Fabric (service mesh and internal traffic routing), Storage Layer Services (disaggregated storage architectures), Fleet Management & Deployments (automation and control planes for multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters), and Atlas Infrastructure (core infrastructure operations on large Linux server fleets).
