Hearo (Remote) — Founding Engineer — AI Product Intelligence Platform. Hearo is building an AI platform that turns public internet conversations (Reddit, app reviews, online communities) into structured product intelligence to help founders and product teams understand user feedback at scale. Role involves building the first version of the platform: ingesting large volumes of public conversation data, building reliable asynchronous data pipelines, and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to produce insights like product pain points, feature requests, sentiment trends, and competitor signals. Tech stack is flexible but likely involves Python or Node.js, Postgres, vector search (pgvector/Pinecone), and LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic).
