- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations management role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. - Proven track record in leading and managing teams, particularly in a cloud-based or technology-driven company. - Extensive experience in process optimization, cost management, and resource planning within an operational context. Experience with managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Familiarity with cloud technologies, platforms (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), and cloud infrastructure management.
