VP Eng has 10+ years building teams at funded startups (some YC), is an angel investor and Daily HN reader. Bring your software engineering experience (5+ years of experience minimum) and participate in building a startup. Near-market pay (for your years of experience) with first-hire equity. Pluses (but not required): production experience with Svelte/SvelteKit (for full-stack role); experience with HIPAA.
