Role details

  • Analyze how business processes work on the client side: study internal instructions for employees, as well as real conversation recordings and transcripts
  • Based on this analysis, design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate these processes
  • Create training and test data sets
  • Develop and apply methodologies to assess the quality of the AI agents’ performance and use them to refine the agents.
  • Native Portuguese speaker; native-level fluency is mandatory
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience working on AI/ML or conversational AI projects
  • Proven experience writing and iterating prompts for LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for real business use cases
  • Experience designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents (intent mapping, dialogue trees, fallback handling)
  • Experience with RASA (strong plus)
  • Background in business process analysis; translate complex workflows into clear, structured dialogue scenarios
  • Strong written communication skills (production-level bot copy and prompt instructions)
  • Python scripting skills (plus)

We're expanding our Prompt Engineering team and are looking for a Conversational Designer to join us!
