Description

Layer Health, founded in 2023 by machine learning researchers from MIT and Harvard Medical School, is building an AI layer to synthesize information from medical records to accelerate clinical registry abstraction and improve patient care. Headcount ~33, hiring 2-3 per month. Work location is hybrid in Boston (Boston Common) or New York City (downtown); no fully remote roles. Open roles include senior/staff-level engineers, ML and research positions, EHR/FHIR integration roles, and security positions.
