Description
Box (NYSE:BOX) is the leader in Intelligent Content Management, helping organizations manage and secure content, transform business workflows, and use enterprise AI. Box is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its Public Sector team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Federal, State, and Local agencies as they adopt and expand Box. You will drive measurable outcomes, lead change management to drive adoption of new workflows, conduct strategic adoption business reviews focused on outcomes/ROI/future opportunities, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. You will own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, partner with customers to map and redesign workflows, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services. The role requires 3+ years of experience in customer success/account management/solutions consulting or related SaaS roles, experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, ability to translate customer needs into business outcomes, comfort navigating technical and business discussions, hands-on experience with modern AI platforms/tools, and strong communication/storytelling skills.
