Digital marketing platform company running PHP/Lumen microservices on GCP and maintaining a legacy monolith. Small team working on multi-cluster Kubernetes, async messaging, database replication, and content delivery at scale. Owned responsibilities include day-to-day infrastructure operations: multi-cluster Kubernetes, Terraform-driven GCP resources, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and on-call rotation. Hands-on role focused on production reliability and improvements. Stack includes GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL, GCS, Secret Manager, Workload Identity), Kubernetes, Terraform + Atlantis, Jenkins, Helm 3, Docker, MySQL (primary + replicas), RabbitMQ, Redis/Dragonfly, Elasticsearch, Grafana/Prometheus, Scalyr, Flux, and Ansible. Looking for 3-5 years of cloud infrastructure production experience, solid Kubernetes and Terraform skills, MySQL replication experience, on-call experience (paged and written postmortems), and networking fundamentals (VPNs, private endpoints, DNS, TLS).
