Description
Revive is a healthcare delivery and technology organization. The Member Support Specialist answers incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and care coordinators, helps members navigate their healthcare and social determinant needs, resolves concerns about membership benefits and the member portal, manages web support tickets and live chats, assists with member education, serves as a liaison between members and other departments, and performs outbound calls as needed. Must use, protect, and disclose PHI in accordance with HIPAA.
