Surge AI is hiring senior engineers and other roles to build human infrastructure for AI and LLMs. They operate a large human data platform and work on RL environments, agentic workflows, and RLHF data collection (examples: GSM8K dataset, Anthropic Claude RLHF). Team consists of former engineering and ML leaders from major tech companies. No prior AI experience required if you have engineering skills.
