Interledger Foundation

Interledger Foundation is hiring an experienced Support Engineer (5+ years) to build the entire support function for their Wallet from the ground up. This is a contractor position, initially. Responsibilities include troubleshooting web and mobile applications using logs, metrics, and system behavior, operating autonomously, and making pragmatic operational decisions. Nice-to-haves: experience supporting financial infrastructure or cross-border payment systems; prior open-source or nonprofit experience; knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC); experience defining on-call rotations and incident response frameworks; familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools; experience with distributed scaling or remote support teams.
