Hiring first technical operations hire for an AI-native HealthTech SaaS backed by a Miami family office. Responsible for environment prep, QA, testing, CI/CD, compliance documentation, and ~30-40% independent development. Must be actively building software with AI coding tools and show AI-built work from last 60 days. Interview includes screen, take-home, paid working session, and culture fit.
