Description
Remote Digital Account Manager (Connrex Digital, sister company to Connoisseur Media). Responsible as main point of contact for assigned digital clients, working with sales and across departments to deliver superior client experience and manage long-term partnerships. Lead and oversee marketing campaigns from idea through execution, including strategy/review of campaigns. Manage client discovery calls, campaign change requests, budget checks, performance review, and billing questions. Provide recommendations on plans, latest offerings, budget increases, and packages to grow and/or improve ROI; build and maintain strong client relationships; research and provide feedback as needed and stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, offerings, and products. Requirements include 5+ years in direct client-facing/customer-service roles, 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, and high-level knowledge of SEM/SEO/social media/web design; programmatic/performance marketing knowledge desired; experience working closely with sales desired.
