QA Engineer: Familiarity with test automation tools, You enjoy fixing stuff as much as you do breaking it, Familiarity with Postman, browser console, etc, Stack traces are your friends, BONUS: You already know Elixir. Senior full-stack engineer: 8+ years in front end and back end web development, Strong understanding of SQL databases, Strong understanding of functional programming, Strong communication skills, Previous Elixir experience.
