We are growing rapidly in many countries and we are looking for great engineers to help millions of people all around the world find love! We maintain a very small team—- fewer than 50 engineers building a product used by millions of people all over the globe. This means that every single engineer on the team has complete ownership of their work and a huge impact on our product. We are very passionate about the positive impact that we are making in our users' lives, and engineers here have a lot of involvement in the product process, figuring out the best ways to achieve that impact.
