Kinelo builds a human+AI orchestration layer to assist engineering teams and manage company processes. The company is well-funded, founded by a serial founder, anti-bureaucratic, and highly technical. New hires will join a small team, help shape culture, engineering practices, architecture, and roadmap, and may work from the new San Francisco office. Responsibilities include taking features from idea to shipped product with high ownership. Requirements: ~8 years professional experience (including pre-LLM days) with strong CS fundamentals; strong TypeScript and Postgres or other RDBMS experience at scale and with high reliability (SaaS apps, APIs); experience with containerization, distributed systems, and at least one strongly typed language (Go, C++, Java, etc). Ideal candidates have experience with ML and AI systems (expertise not required). The company cannot sponsor visas but offers possible relocation assistance to San Francisco.
