Felix is a digital healthcare company making healthcare more accessible for Canadians. We offer end-to-end care for conditions like weight loss, birth control, menopause, ED, and more. We’re hiring an Engineering Lead to own and evolve our public marketing site, which gets 7M+ visits/year. You’ll work closely with our growth, design, and content teams to deliver fast, responsive, SEO-friendly experiences. You’ll: - Own the architecture, performance, and evolution of our marketing site - Collaborate with marketing, design, and growth to launch pages and campaigns - Build a fast, accessible, SEO-friendly, mobile-first experience - Set technical standards for testing, analytics, and CMS tooling - Streamline content workflows and scale web infra - Manage and collaborate with a contract developer.
