Aurora was founded by the original leaders of Google/Waymo, Tesla and Uber's autonomous driving programs; recently Jinnah Hosein, founding member of Google's Site Reliability Engineering Group, joined as VP of Software Engineering. Aurora is hiring its first site-reliability engineer to develop, manage, and deploy a Kubernetes-based cloud environment on Google Cloud, the first of its kind at the company. They are also hiring a Business Analyst to improve analytical reporting, working cross-functionally across strategy, finance, operations, and engineering to track KPIs and inform strategy. Additionally, they seek a West Coast HR Manager/HR Business Partner to develop and manage HR programs and provide employee relations support.
