Description

Zotero is an open-source project that develops software to help people collect, organize, cite, and share their research. Our software is recommended by most universities and used by millions of students, scholars, scientists, and researchers worldwide. We're looking to fill two positions: - Community Support Engineer: An outgoing, empathetic software engineer to take the lead on helping people use Zotero and be an advocate for them within the development team - UI Designer: A product designer to help redesign Zotero's desktop apps and website and bring our new iOS app out of beta In both roles, you'll be part of a small team producing free and open-source software along with a passionate global community, and you'll make a huge difference in people's ability to manage their research effectively.
