Minor Hotels is one of Australasia’s largest accommodation providers. Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is looking for a proactive and reliable Handyperson to join the team on a full-time basis to keep the property well-presented, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff. Responsibilities include general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms and public areas, overseeing and supporting external contractors, implementing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program, and keeping accurate records of tasks and maintenance requests. Shift details are subject to change; minimum 38 hours per week. Successful applicants should have prior hands-on experience in building/property maintenance (12 months preferred, not essential), painting experience preferred, strong problem-solving, the ability to work independently, time management and organisational skills, strong communication, a commitment to high service standards, and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays.
