Connoisseur Media is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Business Manager with a strong background in Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll. The role supports operational and financial functions across Accounting, Traffic, and HR through administrative and management tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with exceptional organization, analytical and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities may include monthly Sound Exchange reports; daily cash and credit card deposits; daily money needed lists for Sales; weekly pacing and AE report cards; HR duties; payroll processing; ordering supplies; talent reports for payroll; advertiser input; annual FCC/EEO reports; job fair scheduling and recap; trade agreement reconciliation and monthly reporting; Miller Kaplan reporting and reconciliations; petty cash; company credit card usage/distribution; credit check approvals and collections; weekly/monthly invoicing and monthly statement processing; reviewing, coding, and approving vendor invoices; completing month-end close with GL reconciliations and journal entries; and ad hoc duties. Potential to handle Business Manager duties for more than one market. Accounting experience is required and the candidate must have experience managing people, strong Microsoft Office and G-Suite knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, prioritize effectively, interact with management and staff at all levels, and be able to multitask under pressure. Preferred: experience with Wide Orbit, Marketron, and NetSuite; prior radio/media experience; bilingual.
