Description
CEO of longstanding, respected and growing hospitality company seeks a highly proactive, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to organize his full days and stewardship of his business. Hands-on, collaborative role supporting a kinetic executive who ensures clients get high-touch service from him directly, including daily field visits. Responsibilities include owning and managing the CEO’s calendar (client visits, internal meetings, travel), preparing daily and longer-term agendas and reminders, managing follow-ups from client visits, tracking sample requests from initiation through delivery, maintaining visibility on active projects/deadlines, surfacing issues/conflicts early, acting as a communication hub between the CEO and internal teams, prioritizing incoming requests, managing travel logistics, drafting correspondence, coordinating meetings, supporting day-to-day executive operations, and building systems/processes to improve efficiency, communication, and accountability. Requirements include 4+ years supporting a founder/CEO/senior executive in a fast-moving environment, exceptional organizational/project management skills, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and productivity tools, strong technology skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high responsiveness during working hours, ability to manage multiple priorities without missing details, strong follow-through, professional confident demeanor, and demonstrated longevity/stability.
