SPADE Agriculture

Spade is a Series A startup building a wide range of products for the dairy industry. Think apps for farm data, machine vision for cows and next generation embedded microchips for animal health data. We are building tools with data and AI to create Superhuman Management for both the supply chain (we have an enterprise suite for the companies that buy and process milk) and farms. Our customers are the biggest food companies and biggest dairy farms on the planet. We are looking for people who love agentic coding, are willing to own whole applications, and want to work with an application that works with real-world data from real-world farms. Our best developers have < 2 hrs of meetings a week (we aim for 1 hr). We want to push the limits of low bureaucracy, high autonomy building.
