Description

KIPP Foundation is seeking a Vice President of People Operations to design and drive an integrated, insights-driven talent strategy across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, Total Rewards, professional development, and offboarding). The role reports to the Senior Vice President of People Operations and will ensure talent systems are well-designed and embedded, oversee HR operations and talent lifecycle effectiveness, set employee relations and policy standards, and lead the Talent function by partnering with teams including People Operations and Development & Growth. The role includes moderate travel up to 10% and is preferred to be based in a KIPP Foundation office (NYC or Chicago) but can be worked from a remote office full-time.
