At Readlee, we make a difference for kids by leveraging the latest in Speech AI to transform the reading experience. We believe ALL students should have access to our tech. ESPECIALLY historically underserved students. We know that immediate and relevant feedback is essential in the recipe of becoming a better reader. We understand (firsthand) that teachers and parents work a TON to help the next generation learn to read / read to learn. We want to save them time and augment their experience. We feel that reading exists as a crucial ingredient on the pathway to personal happiness and liberation. We are big fans of Maya Angelou. She once said: "Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his deep and continuing needs, is good for him/her." We aspire to fill our Readlee library with books like this. We need awesome engineers who are passionate about making a difference for kids. What is your WHY? Requirements: 5+ years minimum (10+ years preferred) of dev experience. Well versed in React (Typescript), Firebase.
