Onside Capital is a real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and managing value-add multifamily and income-producing properties in high-demand markets across the United States. The role is a full-time remote Equity Partner position responsible for identifying investment opportunities, analyzing potential acquisitions, raising equity, and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities also include overseeing financial performance, managing investor relations, performing market research, and contributing to the development of the firm's portfolio strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals. Qualifications include strong capabilities in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting; proficiency in market research and data interpretation; experience in real estate investment and portfolio management; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; proven ability to negotiate and structure deals; strategic thinking and problem-solving; high organizational and project management skills; bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate or related field (advanced degree or certifications like CFA/CAIA are a plus); prior experience in real estate investment or private equity strongly preferred; self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
