Description

Full-time, permanent remote role. The Project Assistant provides organizational support for project work involving an international logistics firm with operations in Bulgaria, coordinating information flow between principals and client teams for a governance review. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules and milestone tracking, coordinating meetings and preparing briefing notes, conducting desk research on industry trends and regulatory changes, drafting initial versions of project reports with proper grammar/formatting, organizing internal document folders, following up on client information requests for weekly reviews, monitoring project emails and flagging urgent requests for principal attention, and preparing presentation slides from partner notes/drafts. Requirements include strong written precision and summarization skills, comfort with Microsoft Word/Excel and shared document platforms, logical task organization, interest in corporate governance and project coordination, ability to work independently in a remote setting while updating the team, and some exposure via internships or entry-level office roles.
