Flosum

Flosum is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and will shape the future of how enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce. This is not a maintenance role. You will own the multi-year product roadmap for Flosum's Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform (plus related product lines), working directly with the CEO and engineering leadership. The role includes defining AI-driven and agentforce-based innovations (intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, predictive release management), pioneer agent-aware governance, translating Salesforce platform knowledge into product capabilities, engaging Fortune 500 customers to understand pain points around security/compliance/data management, writing PRDs and acceptance criteria, partnering with engineering to deliver aggressive timelines, and tracking KPIs such as adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates. Requirements include 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce ecosystem, deep technical Salesforce understanding (metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning), and proven experience shipping products for enterprise/regulated industries. Strong competitive understanding and communication skills are required.
