We're one of the top automated trading firms (HFT) in the world. Comprised of mathematicians, computer scientists, statisticians, physicists, and engineers; HRT researches and develops fully automated trading strategies and employs them in every market we can. Despite being embedded in the finance world, we pride ourselves on feeling like a tech company on the inside. Code is our business, and engineers are first class citizens. My team is looking for experienced Python developers, with strong systems knowledge (This is NOT an AI/ML/Web role). We also look for strong C++ programmers. And plenty of other things you might expect an HFT to do (eg FPGA/Hardware Engineers, Business Development, DevOps/IT, Office Managers, etc).
