Marker Learning is building an AI-enhanced assessment platform to make identifying learning differences faster, cheaper, and more equitable, especially for multilingual students. This is a Series B company running a multi-million-dollar longitudinal study and developing the psychometric engine behind it. The role is a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Engineer (React, Node.js, TypeScript) to build and scale the platform: adaptive testing infrastructure, AI-powered scoring and data pipelines, and systems that maintain clinical rigor at scale. High autonomy, lightweight process, fast-paced. Work directly with psychometrics, product, and data science; engineering decisions will define the platform for years.
