The role is for Product Engineers in a 100% remote asynchronous culture with engineers distributed across North America and Europe. The team grew from 30 to 60 last year with plans to double again in 2026. 80%+ of the engineering team are Senior-Staff+ level Product Engineers with significant end-to-end ownership; many features are built by a single engineer.
