Perry Street Software is Jack’d and SCRUFF. We are two of the world’s largest gay, bi, trans and queer social dating apps on iOS and Android. Our brands reach more than 20 million members worldwide so members can connect, meet and express themselves on a platform that prioritizes privacy and security. We are hiring experienced iOS developers to help us build the next-generation version of Scruff and Jack’d. We are a small, agile, nimble company, so the ability to make an impact is significant. The position is permanent and full-time. We have openings for iOS, Android, and back-end application software engineers (our back-end is in Ruby). At PSS, you will develop with the latest technologies and help evolve the architecture for current and future needs in order to develop innovative, consumer-facing mobile products, while supporting the product roadmap. Ideal client candidates have 3+ years experience working with Reactive, MVVM, and Kotlin/Swift; ideal back-end candidates have 3+ years experience in Ruby, Rails, and AWS; all candidates should be curious and eager to learn.
