Role Overview You will take a central role in identifying, attracting, onboarding, and accounting new advertisers for Adoperator.com. As part of the global team, you’ll develop relationships, manage performance pipelines, and play a vital part in international expansion and revenue growth. The role is entirely remote, suited for ambitious professionals eager to drive business in digital advertising. What You Will Do Identify and reach out to new advertising partners worldwide. Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and market trends. Onboard new advertisers and support their success, working closely with Adoperator teams. Track performance, communicate results, and proactively drive advertiser growth. Who This Is For This role is for proactive self-starters skilled in sales and digital advertising, ready for international communication and business development. Ideal for those motivated by results, thinking strategically, and passionate to work remotely with flexibility and independence. Requirements 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or business development. Fluent English. Proven ability in remote work, sales, or working internationally. Excellent written and verbal communication. High motivation and strong organizational skills. Nice-to-Have Experience Experience with advertiser hunting, onboarding, accounting, international sales, affiliate networks, SaaS, or adtech. Knowledge of additional languages, global campaign management, or B2B lead generation is a plus. Growth and Earnings / Compensation Performance-based entry with opportunity to progress to full-time.
