Description
We are strengthening our team and looking for a Product Manager who will drive valuable features and contribute to the launch of new products. Develop and scale multiple social networking products across iOS and Android. In this role, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis, define and write PRDs/user stories/acceptance criteria, analyze user behavior and product funnels, generate and prioritize product hypotheses and run experiments, use product analytics tools to track key metrics and suggest improvements, collaborate with designers/developers/QA, run A/B tests and make data-driven decisions, and stay up to date with industry best practices. Requirements include 2+ years of product management experience with mobile B2C apps, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, experience writing clear documentation (PRDs/user stories), hands-on A/B testing/hypothesis validation/user research, familiarity with product analytics tools (Tableau, Grafana, BQ or similar), basic UX principles, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, familiarity with agile development/backlog management, proactive results-driven ownership mindset, and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher. Plus: in-depth product analytics experience. Work from the Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule.
