Startup building a document automation and workflow platform for the legal and financial sector: automated contract/act generation, data extraction, business rules, due diligence, reporting. Core product is an AI-powered (LLM + OCR) workflow engine configurable via a visual editor. Cloud-first with on-prem installs for some enterprise customers. Role: work across the whole platform (UI, AI integrations, support for on-prem deployments) and improve/maintain an existing production codebase (read/understand/refactor/ship incremental improvements). Work mode is mostly onsite in Milan with some flexibility depending on activities and team needs. Compensation €30–40k RAL.
