Peace Through Trade (PTT) is a regulation-first Layer-1 Proof-of-Work sustainable blockchain built to power real-world commerce. The team is looking for an organized, people-focused HR Coordinator to coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records and HR documentation, support payroll coordination/time tracking/benefits administration, act as a point of contact for workplace/policy questions, help develop HR policies and SOPs, track milestones and review schedules, support engagement and internal communications, and coordinate across departments and time zones to resolve day-to-day people operations issues. Requirements: 2-4+ years experience in HR Coordinator/People Ops or similar; familiarity with recruitment/onboarding workflows and HR documentation; strong organizational and communication skills; comfort with digital tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp, ATS, HRIS); understanding of employment practices, confidentiality, and workplace compliance; ability to work independently in a remote distributed team across multiple time zones; proactive people-support mindset. Tech/startup/blockchain experience is a plus.
