Bain’s Global Engineering leads the firm’s software development efforts and defines engineering standards for Bain globally. The team ships software solutions to address client and internal needs, ranging from iterative prototypes to enterprise-grade production software. You’ll lead and manage our San Francisco Development Lab to deliver web and mobile applications for our clients, delighting their customers and improving their employee experience. You’ll do so by recruiting, retaining and motivating a high-performing team of flexible engineers who will use techniques and frameworks you assist them with to deliver quality work at speed. In addition, you’ll serve as part of the engineering expert community within Bain, guiding standards and advising both colleagues and clients on best practices and how best to address specific situations.
