The Arcules team at Milestone is looking for a Lead Data & AI Engineer to design and evolve the intelligent analytics portion of the security cloud platform. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing the data lakehouse, transforming existing data into high-value "gold" datasets for AI applications, designing AI systems, building scalable data pipelines, and deploying AI models and agents that power customer insights. Work is hands-on with petabyte-scale incoming video streams requiring near real-time inference. Experience building and deploying production ML systems and distributed data infrastructure is requested.
