Responsibilities
- Create and support the Ads organization’s operating rhythm (team meetings, leadership cadences, organizational communications) so the GM and senior leaders spend time on the right things
- Ensure cross-functional leaders and external partners trust the Ads organization by backing meetings with crisp briefings, sharp talking points, and supporting research
- Track priority initiatives across the Ads org so they land on time and with impact
- Surface blockers early and keep stakeholders aligned before misalignments become larger issues
- Partner with Finance to maintain budget visibility across workforce and non-workforce spend and provide the GM with clear, defensible numbers for annual planning
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the GM by providing strategic counsel and helping get things done so the GM can focus on growth moves
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate tech, or advertising/media with meaningful exposure to executive audiences
- Strong grounding in digital advertising, retail media, or adjacent businesses
- High EQ and a track record of building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
- Ability to say the hard thing and still move the room forward
- Exceptional analytical ability to turn complex, ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable plans
- Demonstrated project management skills managing multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to produce crisp executive-ready materials
- Able to represent the GM’s voice with fidelity
