Estuary

Estuary is a VC-backed, post–Series A, open-source, developer-first startup powering right-time data replication and transform, from sub-second CDC replication to terabyte-scale OLAP data flows across Platform and Applications layers. Hiring roles include: (1) Senior Systems Engineer for capture & materializations, building high-performance real-time data connectors across APIs, databases, and streaming systems with a focus on data plane execution (Go and Rust core); (2) Senior Systems Engineer for control & data plane, owning infrastructure that orchestrates and powers the Estuary runtime with emphasis on scaling, fault tolerance, and performance (strong backend fundamentals; Go and Rust preferred); (3) Product Manager owning product areas end-to-end and working with engineering/design to shape the roadmap and developer experience; (4) Technical Product Marketing Manager as a founding hire partnering with Head of Marketing and Developer Relations to position and communicate the platform to technical audiences through launches, messaging, content, demos, customer stories, and developer-facing campaigns.
