Seeking a Founding Engineer to own architecture and infrastructure, modernize the stack (containerize, CI/CD), and lead a HIPAA-compliant AWS migration. Work with Python/FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL, Fitbit and Apple Health integrations, LLM pipelines, and an autonomous AI engineering team (Claude Code agents).
